International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally at no extra charge. However, customers are responsible for understanding the import rules of their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and responsibility transfers to the customer.
While we are not responsible for delivery delays, we are happy to support you in resolving shipping issues by contacting the courier on your behalf.
